EMBARK PROJECT
Embark is a unique initiative in Turkey, bringing together high-level business leaders, refugees, and host community youth. The program offers various activities to exchange ideas, develop understanding, increase skills and build meaningful connections.
We aim to create an empowered community of inspirational business and youth leaders to foster social cohesion and economic inclusion through each cohort.

FOR YOUTH REVERSE MENTORSHIP
We reverse the Narrative
Embark offers reverse mentoring to business leaders and connects them with talented refugee, migrant and host community youth.
Reverse mentoring is an initiative in which business executives are paired with younger mentors to engage on various topics and to offer an opportunity for participants on both sides (two-way insights), meeting on an equal footing, to gain a better understanding of generational, cultural, and gender differences.
