Embark is a unique initiative in Turkey, bringing together high-level business leaders, refugees, and host community youth. The program offers various activities to exchange ideas, develop understanding, increase skills and build meaningful connections.
The main objectives of the project are to provide support to young people affected by the earthquake to cope with the effects of their traumatic event, to help them feel safe and valued again, to set conscious goals by developing personal and professional skills, and to build a strong future for themselves.
KARİYER KOÇLUĞU
Since 2017, we have provided career coaching support to youth in collaboration between
GDN and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In the sessions we held with
professional and certified coaches; we aim to help young people set their career goals and
increase their self-confidence. Conducting career coaching meetings via the GDN online
system enables young people living in different communities of Türkiye to receive coaching
support.
Organik Kimya is launching the Chemistry of Youth Project in collaboration with Sivil Toplum için Destek Vakfı and Gelecek Daha Net Gençlik Platformu in order to help young people who want to shape their careers in the chemical sector better know the chemical sector and different professions in this sector and to support their career journeys.
With the collaboration of OSS Derneği and Gelecek Daha Net Platformu, the new era of the Balance at Work Project is launched for all young people who want to shape their careers in the automotive aftermarket sector.
